How to Help
We're rooted in community!
We’re grateful for the support of our community. Your donations, volunteer time, and participation in our events is vital to create a future where individuals and families can live free of abuse.
Donate
By donating today, you provide safety, hope, and healing to individuals and families navigating the agonizing cycle of domestic abuse.
Donate Items

Volunteer
We are grateful for our volunteers who help us run our events, cook in the kitchen, and raise awareness about domestic violence. And let's be honest - they're a lot of fun too!
Cookin' with Lynne
We published a cookbook! This labour of love came about after hearing so many clients request recipes from their time at Jessie's House. Cookin' with Lynne includes some of our favourite recipes. Your purchase will support our Nutrition Program and ensure that every client who leaves Jessie's House and Eileen's Place gets their own copy!
Fundraise with Us!
Host your own fundraiser today! By hosting a fundraising or awareness event, you build community, inspire teamwork and free others from living with violence at home.
Smile Cookie
Every Smile Counts. Each Smile Cookie purchase supports the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation and helps individuals and families impacted by domestic violence in our community.
Break Free 5/10K Run & Walk
Break Free brings our community together in support of survivors of domestic violence. Whether people run, walk, or roll, every step helps raise awareness and funds for the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation.
Charity Golf Tournament
Our Charity Golf Tournament brings supporters together for a day on the course in support of the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation. Every registration helps raise funds for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence.
Jessie’s Crowns
Jessie’s Crowns brings our community together to support the work we do to end domestic violence. More than an event, it helps build connection, raise awareness, and create change in our community.
