What we collect

• If you use our contact form, we get your name, email address, phone number if you add it, and your message.
• If you donate online, your payment is handled by Keela, CanadaHelps or ATB Cares. We receive your name, contact details and the amount you gave so we can send your tax receipt.
• If you apply to volunteer, we receive what you enter in the application.
• If you agree to cookies, Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. If you also allow marketing cookies, the Facebook Pixel helps us see how our Facebook ads are doing.

How we use it

We only use your information to reply to you, process donations, organize volunteers and improve this site. We do not sell or share it, except with the services named above or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. You can change your cookie choices at any time. Our Cookie Policy has more detail.
