Jessie’s House
More than just a bed, we provide a broad range of services, building a case plan to suit our client’s needs. Built to accommodate even the largest families, we are committed to providing, specialized supports for children who’ve lived through the trauma of abuse. As a trauma-informed facility we meet residents where they are, reducing as many barriers to support as possible. Our person-centred approach promotes healing and empowers individuals to break free from domestic abuse, permanently.

Eileen’s Place
Jessie’s House is an emergency shelter for individuals and families who need a safe place while fleeing domestic violence. Emergency shelters offer short term accommodation while residents work with staff to build a plan for a new start. Some people need more time as they face long waitlists for housing or work toward education and employment goals.
To meet that need, we opened Eileen’s Place as our second stage housing in 2024. When a longer stay and added support are required, residents can move from Jessie’s House to Eileen’s Place and continue their goals in a stable, safe setting. This also protects crisis space at Jessie’s House for people who need immediate shelter.
Jessie’s Adventure Park
Jessie’s Adventure Park opened in 2024. It is for children staying at Jessie’s House. The play structures are designed around early childhood development. The space supports cognitive growth, healthy bonding with caregivers, and building self esteem. Outdoor play also strengthens program delivery and is designed through a trauma informed lens.
